A-BODY SOLUTION FOR TIGHT EXHAUST HEADER CLEARANCE The EZ heads are designed for A-body cars. They have stock low exhaust port location and bolt patterns. Most all standard exhaust headers will work. If you want Indy power and want to use your existing stock exhaust headers, this is your head. The assemblies have 2.190 x 1.81 valves, 7deg steel retainers and springs for a .600 lift cam. Must Have Cam Specs When Ordering. Options are available. Chambers are 75cc (optional 80cc) in the as cast and 78cc (optional 82cc) in the CNC'd heads. Like all Indy heads the EZ features the long valve design & cast aluminum valley plate. More intake volume (270cc - 325cc) equals more power. There are four types of EZ heads to choose from. - 440 EZ Stock Intake Openings, pushrod location, rocker arms & oiling. Flows 305 cfm
- 440 EZ-1 Max Wedge CNC openings & bowls, Stock pushrod location, rocker arms & oiling
- 440 EZ-295 CNC Full CNC. Flows 355 cfm. Stock rockers use 440-1 external oiling, 100 HP gain over 906 iron combo
- 440EZ-325 CNC Full CNC to 325cc flows 370cfm. Offset rocker arms & external oiling needed. great for 540 cid A-Body

Cams / Lifters /Timing Sets
On all complete assembly packages, it is very possible that the valve springs are not correct for your camshaft. All valve springs should be checked for compatibility to your camshaft. Severe wear of valve train components and severe engine damage could result from failure to do this. Check spring requirements before heads are installed on the engine. If in doubt please contact your camshaft manufacturer or USA Performance Parts. We do carry optional springs for all of your needs.
