ATTENTION: Valve Spring Warning for All Packages

On all complete assembly packages, it is very possible that the valve springs are not correct for your camshaft. All valve springs should be checked for compatibility to your camshaft. Severe wear of valve train components and severe engine damage could result from failure to do this. Check spring requirements before heads are installed on the engine. If in doubt please contact your camshaft manufacturer or USA Performance Parts. We do carry optional springs for all of your needs.

Brodix ST-5.0 Small Blocks Ford Aluminum Cylinder Heads 171 Port Volume, pair

The Brodix ST-5.0 cylinder head was developed for the Ford Windsor engine. Out of the box, completely assembled ST 5.0 heads produce a 50 horsepower increase over other stock heads, and the combustion chambers may be milled into the mid 50cc range. All existing stock 5.0 accessories can be used in the installation of the Brodix ST 5.0. A modified version, the Brodix ST 5.0 R, allows the use of 7/16 Ford roller rockers. The exhaust ports are raised .500 higher than stock Windsor heads on both versions. ALL ASSEMBLIES COME WITH 1.437 HYDRAULIC ROLLER SPRINGS FOR .575" MAX LIFT.
