Dart's Small Block Ford Cast Iron Cylinder Heads are Windsor style performance replacements for the under-performing stock Ford heads at an extremely attractive price. They come standard with high flowing as-cast ports. Standard valve angle and spacing is retained for bolt-on compatability. Exhaust runners are raised 0.135" for improved flow and the exhaust flange uses the standard pattern on as-cast heads. Manganese bronze valve guides are used for long life, and hardened valve seats provide durability with unleaded fuels. Whether you’re building a mild street engine or a track champion, Dart heads will give you a big performance advantage! These heads are legal for many oval track sanctioning bodies. - 2.020 or 1.940 intake valves

On all complete assembly packages, it is very possible that the valve springs are not correct for your camshaft. All valve springs should be checked for compatibility to your camshaft. Severe wear of valve train components and severe engine damage could result from failure to do this. Check spring requirements before heads are installed on the engine. If in doubt please contact your camshaft manufacturer or USA Performance Parts. We do carry optional springs for all of your needs.
