Chrysler Late Model Hemi 6.1L Manley BALANCED Rotating Assembly, 421 cid, -31cc, 8.5-1

Chrysler Late Model Hemi 6.1L Rotating Assemblies by Manley have stroker cranks that yield 421 cid plus. Manley kits include a 4340 forged steel crankshaft with a dual keyed post to securely locate supercharger drive pulleys, lightened rod journals and gun drilled mains for reduced weight and improved crankcase ventilation. Manley 4340 forged H-beam rods, Manley forged pistons made from Premium 2618 forgings with moly coated skirts, ductile moly rings and Clevite rod & main bearings are standard.
The 4.050 stroke combined with a 4.065 bore produces 421 cid. Pistons are available in 4.060, 4.065 & 4.080 bores. All assemblies are 100% internally balanced with tone wheel installed.

  • 6.125 forged H-beam rods w/ARP8740 bolts - 750HP
  • Optional ARP2000 bolts - 900HP
  • Manley forged -31cc dished pistons w/coated skirts
  • 74.5cc chamber = 8.5-1 compression ratio
  • Manley / Total Seal ductile moly file fit rings 1.5x1.5x3mm
  • Steel rings for boosted or NO2 applications available
  • Clevite Rod & main bearings with thrust washer
  • Precision Balanced Internally
