These Small Block Ford hydraulic roller kits use a Standard Base Circle cam, NOT the weak, under performing small base circles that most retro-fit kits use. (Small base circles have increased potential for valve train control issues, especially at higher lifts and rpms.) You will have None of these problems with our standard base circle cams. Also there is no need for drilling or tapping new holes in the valley for the flimsy sheet metal retainer and the associated problems with iron chips & filings contaminating your engine.

Bodies are carbonitrided and tempered Roller wheels are hardened steel alloy Roller pins posi-locked in place.Tie-bars are heat-treated stainless steel with high strength steel alloy buttons. Application: Great mid-range power in 302-347 CID carburated engines. Needs 9.0-9.5:1 compression, good intake and exhaust, 650 cfm carb. 2000 RPM converter and 3.27 or lower gears.
