SHIPPING

All ground service orders will be charged only for direct shipping costs (NO HANDLING CHARGES). Next Day, 2nd Day and 3-Day shipping are available at additional cost for all parts including blocks.

Parts too heavy or large for ground service will be shipped by Truck Motor Freight Carrier. Normal freight charges are to a commercial address or to the nearest terminal. Charges for truck freight residential delivery will vary from $30.00 to $50.00. Truck freight residential delivery requires that someone be home the day of delivery and be capable of unloading the package. NOTE: Sometimes it is easier to ship the package to a business acquaintance with a commercial address.

Although Lift Gates are available on 90% of our freight service trucks, it is NOT a guaranteed service. You must have the means to unload the package from a truck without a lift gate if needed.

Any shipment that is undeliverable or needs a second delivery will be charged for the additional shipping or freight charges.

RETURNS

Before returning any part for any reason you MUST contact USA Performance Products by email, phone or fax.

For Warranty defects you need to contact the manufacturer and USA Performance Parts. All warranty claims will be handled by the manufacturer. USA Performance Parts will stay informed and help resolve any issues between you and the manufacturer.

To return a part that was shipped incorrectly please contact USA Performance Parts so that we can arrange to ship the correct part. We can not ship another part for No Charge without first receiving the incorrect part. To facilitate receiving a new part in the quickest manner USA Performance can charge you for the new part and credit your account when the incorrect part is received.
