All parts are warranted by the individual manufacturer. The length and coverage of the warranties will vary by manufacturer. Parts used for racing or competition are warranted against manufacturer's defects only. They are not warranted for wear or breakage under any circumstance. Most manufacturers will not warrant any product that has been physically altered, improperly installed or maintained, used in improper applications, abused or not used in conjunction with the proper part.

USA Performance Parts shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damages to persons, property, for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits or income.

USA Performance Parts gives no warranties of any nature, expressed, implied, fitness of usage or merchantability. No warranties of any kind, whether written or oral are made by USA Performance Parts, its agents or employees. All implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness are expressly excluded, and the buyer bears the entire risk as to quality performance and use of these products.

Any defective part claims will be handled between the original manufacturer and the buyer.

USA Performance Parts reserves the right to change specifications, prices and discontinue parts without notice and reserves the right to discontinue any product at its sole discretion and without liability with respect to similar products already in the field.
